An injury-time goal from Adam Smith earned Bournemouth a valuable point after they came back from 3-1 down at half time against Peterborough.
Two first-half goals from Craig Mackail-Smith and a Tommy Rowe strike from inside the box were countered by Danny Ings' score before half time.
Steve Fletcher's close-range header put the Cherries back in with a chance.
But there were three minutes of stoppage time on the clock when Smith then netted from inside the area.
